Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived to a musical family 9 August 1993 in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is a cousin and daughter of the singer Dionne. When she was a little girl, Houston began singing professionally in the choir of her church. She sang backing vocals for Chaka Khosns 1978 single Im Every Woman with her mom. She went on to provide back vocals to Jermaine Jackson, Lou Rawls and her mother, and also worked briefly as models for the front cover of Seventeen magazine in 1981. Beginning in 1981, she started working as a singer with New York's funk band Material. It was her excellent vocals with this group that caught notice of major record label including Arista. Whitney Houston became the top-selling debut album for an artist in 1985. My Love was her debut album. My Love was released in 1985 and was a top one hit. The album was released in 1987 and has sold more than 25 million copies across the globe. The Whitney 1987 record, which included Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as hits, helped build upon the success she had achieved. But the 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot as one of the most successful musicians in history. The film, and her performance in it was not well received, but the music and her interpretation of the song by Dolly Parton I Will Always Love You charted for several months on the charts and she sold more than 44 million albums and singles all over the world. In the same year, she got married to ex-New Edition singer Bobby Brown with whom she has a single child Bobbi Kristina Brown. She was born in the month of March 1993. At this point when her well-documented substance abuse began. By 1996, she was a regular user.
Dana Bash is also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz and she has a job at CNN as both a reporter, anchorwoman and political correspondent. She has produced shows for the network, such as Evans & Novak' Late Editionand Inside Politics'. Bash has been awarded numerous awards as well as a spot on the Women in Washington Power List by Elle magazine. A lot of young journalists praise her for having incredible reporting/anchoring abilities. Also, she's a lovely father to her son despite having graduated of George Washington University.
